Do I have to sign a contract?

Do I have to have a VoIP phone already?

How many VoIP calls can my network handle at one time?

A typical VoIP phone will provide enough support for 3 simultaneous phone calls, but that can vary based on your network.  A traditional phone system would make you switch lines to manage multiple calls. Is internet included?

No, internet is not included in our VoIP service packages. If you currently have an existing ISP (Internet Service Provider) you should have no issues with speed and reliability.

Are there any cons to having a VoIP phone?

No, we don't have any limitations on what we can provide through our business VoIP phone systems. You can make unlimited calls, as you need them. Our plans are easy to upgrade so you can meet the changing demands of business from month to month. Cloud based phone systems are incredibly easy to adapt and maintain as your business does.

Can I still make VoIP phone calls if I lose power?

Typically, you won't be able to complete a call if there's a power outage. Our VoIP phone systems work over the internet, so if your router doesn't have power, you won't have internet,. What's a virtual number?

Are there additional costs associated with international calling for VoIP?

Can I keep my current phone number?

How fast does my internet have to be to make VoIP phone calls on my smartphone?

You can make HD calls with a strong 4G LTE connection. In most cases, 3G is enough for a satisfactory call, but if you have weak signal connect to Wi-Fi instead.

Can I use a wireless internet connection to use VoIP service?

You can use wireless internet connection to use VoIP but make sure your network is fast enough to support the call.

Is call quality guaranteed?

If you want to guarantee call quality, use an Ethernet connection (CAT5e or CAT6) and use Quality of Service. This will help organize and prioritize bandwith for certain applications. A typical small business won't need these extensions.

What is a SIP server and how does it work?

What is the difference between VoIP and SIP?

There is no additional hardware needed for VoIP.  You do have to have a fast and reliable internet connection though. Speak with your internet provider to see if you have sufficient speeds for reliable, high quality VoIP phone service from True Dial.

What's an IP Phone?

IP Phones are phones that convert audio into data to use as phone service. An IP Phone is another name for VoIP phones.

What kind of phones can I use with VoIP?

True Dial is available on both iOS and Android smartphones. You can also use your existing phones, or purchase adapters.

How much does a VoIP phone cost?
